Asphalt Estimator/Project Manager

We are looking for an Asphalt Estimator/Project Manager to add to our growing team. The position responsibilities will oversee paving projects while managing all phases from estimation and planning through execution. This role demands frequent travel to local job sites and involves close collaboration with teams to ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project estimates and budgets
• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules
• Analyze costs and control project expenditures
• Coordinate team activities and communicate progress
• Facilitate frequent travel to project sites as required

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Asphalt
• Expertise in construction estimating and cost control
• Ability to read plans and Takeoff experience.
• Proven track record in project management within the relevant industry
• Efficient in Excel
