Urban Greenscapes is affiliated with Trimark Properties, a Gainesville-based real estate developer and property management firm specializing in high-end student housing, office, research, retail, and other niche developments near the University of Florida and Innovation Square.

This position is based in Gainesville, and candidates must be able to commute to Gainesville for work.

Urban Greenscapes delivers top-quality products, services, and sales. Urban Greenscapes services Trimark Properties' portfolio of properties, with other commercial client locations within the Gainesville area.

Urban Greenscapes is seeking driven Landscape Technicians who are reliable and have an excellent work ethic to join our professional maintenance team. Local company headquarters in Gainesville, conveniently located within steps of the University of Florida campus in Gainesville. Applicants with experience in landscape maintenance, plant replacement, and plant care are preferred; however, we are willing to train the right person.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in commercial landscaping required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Driver's License required
• Zero Turn Mower experience required
• Weed eating
• Edging
• Hedge trimming
• Installation of mulch and plant materials
• Skid Steer experience a plus
• Irrigation knowledge and experience are helpful

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday, 4x10
• Overtime

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
