Commercial Window Treatment Project Manager

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Job description:

-Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of a project from start to finish on projects ranging in size from small to large. (10 Blinds to 2000 Blinds). You will start with small projects and work up as you become more comfortable.

-Individual must be proficient in doing "Window Treatment" estimates on Adobe Acrobat and/or BlueBeam software for projects ranging in size from small to large. Must be able to navigate Architectural Plans (A-SET) with specifications to put together a window treatment scope of work.

-Individual will be responsible for project schedules and meeting all deadlines for deliverables, submittals, and material delivery. Timing is a very important aspect in our industry.

-Project Manager must have strong communication and organizational skills.

-Project Manager must be able to accurately measure for various types of window treatments, curtains, drapes, etc. The individual will spend time with other PMs in the field for 6+ months before measuring projects on their own.
