We are a small site development company looking for an experienced Estimator/Project Manager. Experience must include excavation, storm & sanitary sewer work, water, paving, concrete & site demolition.
Skills
- Basic understanding of construction project management concepts
- Ability reading blue prints
- Proficient with mathematical, organizational, time management and computer skills
- Ability to manage and organize plan logs for multiple projects
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Earthwork takeoff
- Organize, manage & distribute pricing requests to vendors & sub-contractors
- RFI's
- Complete projects start to finish
- Goal to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses
- Plan, determine resources and schedule all projects
- Follow all OSHA safety and health standards
