Customer Service Representative, Banking - Cincinnati, OH $17/hr

Join a team where great service makes a difference! We're seeking a friendly, customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representative to help customers with their banking needs while delivering exceptional service on every call.

TEMPORARY NEED, STARTING AUGUST 10th, WORKING 3-4 MONTHS TOTAL

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm EST

Pay: $17/hr

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries quickly and accurately
• Educate customers on banking products and services
• Identify opportunities to recommend products that meet customer needs
• Update customer information and complete required documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all banking policies and procedures
• Provide first-call resolution whenever possible

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Banking experience is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment
