Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, IMFT) to provide comprehensive behavioral health services to clients and families. In this role, you will conduct diagnostic assessments, deliver trauma-informed therapy, and manage crisis interventions while maintaining compliance with Ohio Medicaid standards. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
• Deliver trauma-informed mental health care tailored to diverse patient populations.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, child welfare agencies, and community partners to coordinate care.
• Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems in accordance with Ohio Medicaid guidelines and agency standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, peer reviews, and clinical supervision.
• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines, ethical standards, and state licensing regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Ohio license as an LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, or IMFT required.
• Strong background in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-focused therapy.
• Proven experience in crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and safety planning.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation, Medicaid billing guidelines, and EHR software.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams.
