Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will oversee residential and commercial construction projects, managing small to medium-sized teams. This role combines on-site supervision with a hybrid remote management approach and requires frequent travel between sites. It offers a focused, project-based opportunity for growth in construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion
• Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
• Lead and manage project teams of 1-15 members
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
• Supervise on-site activities while maintaining a hybrid management approach
• Travel frequently between construction sites to monitor progress

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction project management
