Responsibilities

%CF; Prepare accurate commercial masonry estimates.
%CF; Manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously from start to finish.
%CF; Build project schedules and coordinate field crews.
%CF; Purchase materials and coordinate deliveries.
%CF; Work with general contractors, architects, and owners.
%CF; Track job costs, budgets, schedules, change orders and profitability.
%CF; Supervise project foremen and field personnel.
%CF; Help develop new business and maintain client relationships.
%CF; Improve company systems and operating procedures.
%CF; Eventually oversee the day-to-day operation of the company.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial masonry experience.
  • Experience estimating brick, block, stone and CMU projects.
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Valid driver's license.
