We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Community Director to oversee a residential community within our East Bay portfolio. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels in operations, financial management, team leadership, and resident relations.


What You'll Do


As the Community Director, you will be responsible for the overall success and performance of the property, ensuring exceptional resident experiences while achieving operational and financial goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Regional Manager to achieve budget, revenue, and financial performance goals.
  • Conduct financial analysis and monitor property performance metrics.
  • Maintain outstanding property appearance, curb appeal, and quality standards through regular inspections.
  • Address resident concerns while ensuring compliance with all applicable housing laws and regulations.
  • Oversee maintenance operations and support capital improvement projects.
  • Develop and implement effective leasing and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, team members, and ownership groups.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold professional standards.
  • Foster a positive and productive team culture that supports company objectives.


Qualifications


Required

  • Minimum of 5 years of property management experience
  • Strong analytical, financial, and quantitative skills
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States


Preferred

  • Experience managing multifamily residential communities
  • Proven track record of achieving occupancy and financial goals
  • Experience leading onsite leasing and maintenance teams
