We are seeking a Project Manager with Demolition and Environmental Contracting experience to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and execution of multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Start-up projects and establish baseline schedules
- Forecast potential roadblocks
- Ensure compliance with current regulatory guidelines and
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Closeout projects for compliance and budgeting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in environmental and demolition contracting
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
