Locations: Loveland, Colorado and Fort Collins, Colorado
Employment Type: W-2 employee
Compensation: $32–$38 per service hour, based on experience. Compensation is prorated according to appointment length. An alternative production-based compensation structure may also be available.
Appointment Availability: Massage appointments may be scheduled Monday–Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Sessions may be 30, 60, or 90 minutes. Therapists work according to their booked appointment schedules and are not required to remain at the office throughout the entire appointment-availability window.
Well Adjusted Chiropractic is hiring massage therapists for our Loveland and Fort Collins offices.
We are a five-location chiropractic group serving communities across Colorado and Texas. Our massage therapists work alongside chiropractic professionals to help patients reduce muscular tension, improve mobility, recover from injuries, manage discomfort, and support their overall health.
A COLLABORATIVE APPROACH TO PATIENT CARE
Well Adjusted Chiropractic will actively help build each massage therapist’s schedule by connecting them with patients who may benefit from massage therapy.
The therapist will take an active role in patient education and relationship-building. This includes helping patients understand how massage therapy and chiropractic care can complement one another as part of a coordinated approach to mobility, recovery, pain relief, and long-term wellness.
The ideal candidate believes in integrated care, communicates confidently with patients, and is comfortable recommending that patients speak with a chiropractor when chiropractic care may benefit them.
This position is ideal for a motivated therapist who enjoys building patient relationships, educating patients, and actively contributing to the continued growth of our massage program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide professional massage therapy services based on each patient’s individual needs
Help patients reduce muscular tension, improve mobility, and manage discomfort
Educate patients about the complementary benefits of massage therapy and chiropractic care
Recognize when a patient may benefit from speaking with a chiropractor and facilitate an appropriate introduction
Support patient retention by communicating the value of consistent, coordinated care
Collaborate professionally with chiropractors and other team members
Complete required preparation, documentation, and treatment-room cleanup
Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional treatment environment
Participate in applicable team meetings and assigned duties
Follow all applicable safety, privacy, credentialing, and professional standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Meets all Colorado and local requirements applicable to providing massage therapy services
Strong communication, patient-education, and interpersonal skills
Belief in the benefits of collaborative massage and chiropractic care
Willingness to help grow the massage program through patient relationships and education
Dependable, organized, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team
Commitment to providing an excellent patient experience
Experience in chiropractic, rehabilitation, injury recovery, or clinical massage is helpful but not required
Newer graduates who meet the applicable professional requirements are encouraged to apply

Payment for all required working time, including applicable preparation, documentation, cleanup, meetings, and assigned duties
Alternative production-based compensation may be available
Appointments available Monday–Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Appointment lengths of 30, 60, or 90 minutes
Appointment-based working schedule
A one-hour lunch incorporated into each full working day
Well Adjusted Chiropractic will help build the therapist’s patient schedule
Optional paid community and corporate wellness-event opportunities may be available

Well Adjusted Chiropractic is a five-location chiropractic group serving communities across Colorado and Texas. The organization was co-founded by brothers Dr. Michael Hughes and Dr. David Hughes. Dr. Michael Hughes currently serves as President-Elect of the Colorado Chiropractic Association.
Our team regularly participates in community and corporate wellness events throughout Northern Colorado. These events may provide massage therapists with additional paid work, community exposure, and opportunities to develop relationships with potential patients.
