What You'll Do
As a Staff Pharmacist, you will:
- Verify prescriptions safely and accurately.
- Counsel patients and provide medication-related clinical guidance.
- Communicate with prescribers to resolve therapy, insurance, and medication issues.
- Help patients navigate insurance, prior authorizations, medication access, and affordability challenges.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient care through adherence programs, vaccinations, DME, supplements, OTC recommendations, MTM, and other pharmacist-led services.
- Help maintain the flow of the pharmacy by coordinating workflow, supporting technicians, and ensuring patient care continues moving efficiently.
- Review reimbursement and underpayment issues requiring pharmacist judgment.
- Contribute to department goals while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications
Required
- Active New Jersey Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain before your start date).
- Immunization license.
- Strong communication and patient counseling skills.
- Commitment to safe, patient-centered care.
- Experience working in a retail pharmacy setting.
Preferred
- Experience with DME billing, MTMs, vaccination clinics, adherence programs, or other clinical pharmacy services.
- Experience with Liberty Pharmacy Management System (Liberty PMS).
- Experience mentoring or supporting pharmacy technicians.
