Construction Estimator (Commercial/JOC) - Immediate Start

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join our team immediately. Hands-on experience with 4Clicks for RSMeans is preferred. Experience preparing Job Order Contract (JOC) and/or IDIQ estimates is highly preferred. This position is available as either a contract or full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects from conceptual design through final pricing.
• Develop detailed estimates using 4Clicks for RSMeans in accordance with JOC/IDIQ contract requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and bid documents to determine labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor requirements.
• Solicit, analyze, and compare subcontractor and vendor quotations.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to refine estimates and pricing.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, value engineering solutions, and potential project risks.
• Track project costs and assist with budget management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Preferred: Demonstrated experience using 4Clicks for RSMeans to prepare construction estimates.
• Preferred: Experience estimating Job Order Contract (JOC) and/or IDIQ projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, labor productivity, and pricing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Available to start immediately.
