Driver CDL A License

The Driver with a CDL A License is responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles on local routes as a solo driver. This role involves consistent vehicle inspections, securement of loads, adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining timely deliveries while ensuring excellent customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles safely on local routes
• Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
• Secure loads effectively following safety standards
• Navigate routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
• Complete and manage trip documentation accurately
• Effectively manage time to ensure timely deliveries
• Interact professionally with customers during deliveries

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial driving
• Possession of a valid CDL A License
• Strong knowledge of commercial driving and vehicle inspection
• Demonstrated compliance with safety regulations
• Route planning and effective time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proven customer service experience
