Manufacturing Process Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Specialist to support stamping operations and new model launches at the Sterling and Warren Stamping Plants. This role is responsible for maintaining plant material layouts in AutoCAD, managing Plan for Every Part (PFEP) data, conducting material flow analyses, and supporting launch readiness activities for current and future vehicle programs.
You will be using AutoCAD to update plant layouts, tooling, line side and material displays. Must be well versed in AutoCAD but once layouts are updated, you will not be using it much.
- Updating EBOM's monthly for parts
- Creating space analysis and studies for part storage.
- Must understand plant processes, stamping or assembly plant experience is ideal. Automotive is needed.
- MS Office- Excel basis
- Working knowledge of ergonomics
- Team Collaboration
- Material Flow analysis
You will be on the computer 50% of the time and on the floor the other 50%.
This is a 1st shift role. Flexible to start between 6:00- 8:00 a.mn.
