$75k base (negotiable) + benefits, insurance, performance bonus, etc.
NCW is looking for a Project Manager for a General Contractor in Indianapolis, IN specializing in drywall. This position is in charge of working with and leading crews in ground up and remodel construction, specifically in multi-family projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years construction experience.
- Minimum 3 years in an Assistant or Project Manager role.
- Drywall experience is a requirement (ideally with a General Contractor).
- Multifamily experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized, strong task management skills, proficient in construction software used for planning, scheduling, reports, etc.
- Ability to submit and pass a background check and drug test.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
