About the Role:
Little General LLC is looking for a reliable and motivated Stocker to join our team in Columbia, MO! This is a great opportunity to be a key part of keeping our store running smoothly and ensuring customers always find what they need on the shelves.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming merchandise and deliveries
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with products in a timely and organized manner
- Rotate stock using FIFO (first in, first out) practices to maintain product freshness
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies to management
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor
- Assist customers with locating products as needed
- Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and procedures
Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
- Previous retail, stocking, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
