Job Summary
We are seeking a MALE- Companion Caregiver to join our team! In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with taking client out into the community, errands, and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Assist with errands and shopping
- Educating client/family members on safe care techniques such as Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
- First aid and CPR-certified
- Ability to adhere to all safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal spills
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
