Ability to manage Subcontractors and Material

Understands Plumbing systems and codes
Must have Construction knowledge and able to read blue prints
Bidding and Material Take offs and trakcing
Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
Understand work flow from office to field and able to multi-task
Organized and willing to learn
Pay subject to change with experience.
