Construction Project Manager

Seeking a self-motivated, energetic, and organized individual for the role of project manager in our residential property management and construction company on Kiawah Island, SC. Residential construction knowledge is appreciated but not mandatory. You would be tasked with taking residential construction and repair projects from estimating to completion through working with the homeowners and subcontractors. You will be responsible for keeping track of the job costs, following up with subcontractors to keep them on schedule and on budget, and relaying job information to company owner and homeowners.. Strong communication skills are a must.

You will need to use your own vehicle, but you will be compensated for gas and mileage. Need to have can-do spirit and positive attitude.
