Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced BAS Project Manager overseeing daily Activities for numerous projects, and employees .
We are looking for a skilled and experienced BAS Project Manager overseeing daily Activities for numerous projects, and employees .
You have past experience in an HVAC service technician role . A team player who is comfortable working independently, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing several projects with little help or no help from Owner of DSC ( Deep South Controls )
- Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
- Communicating with Clients, Resolving issues.
- Giving Employees tasks
- expected to do on hands work, if all projects are organized.
Qualifications:
- Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education
- Valid Drivers License
- Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems
- Very strong experience in the Building Automation System.
