Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Representative is the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries. You
will follow up on leads, qualify prospects, schedule appointments, and confirm installations -
keeping our sales pipeline moving and our customers informed every step of the way.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
%A0; Answer and follow up on incoming sales calls and online inquiries
%A0; Qualify leads and identify customer needs and buying intent
%A0; Schedule and confirm customer appointments and installation dates
%A0; Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM
%A0; Provide product information on custom iron doors, glass rooms, and related products
%A0; Follow up on quotes and proposals to move pending business forward
%A0; Coordinate with production and installation teams on scheduling
%A0; Make outbound follow-up calls to existing leads and past customers
QUALIFICATIONS
%A0; Strong verbal and written communication skills - must be comfortable on the phone
%A0; Previous inside sales, customer service, or call center experience preferred
%A0; Ability to qualify leads and prioritize follow-up activity
%A0; Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple open follow-ups
%A0; Proficient with basic computer systems and CRM platforms
%A0; Self-motivated with a positive, customer-first attitude
%A0; Manufacturing, construction, or home improvement industry experience a plus, but not
required

handcrafted, high-quality products built to last a lifetime. We are seeking a CAD Drafter to join our production team and create detailed manufacturing drawings for custom iron entry doors.
