Commercial/Residential Construction Estimator

The Commercial Construction Estimator plays a vital role in managing cost estimations and bid preparations for a variety of commercial construction projects, including renovations, remodeling, and new construction. Working within a small team of 1-3 estimators, this position reports directly to the Sales Director and demands strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and competitiveness of bids.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimations for commercial construction projects
• Analyze blueprints to determine scope and requirements
• Develop comprehensive bids for renovation, remodeling, and new construction projects
