Key Responsibilities
- Learn how to safely and efficiently operate our production machinery (complete training provided).
- Communicate daily with team members and supervisors to keep operations running smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist teammates and collaborate to meet daily production goals.
- Bilingual Skills: Fluent English (Spanish optional.)
- Great Communication: You genuinely enjoy talking to people, getting along with a team, and keeping everyone on the same page.
- Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to learn how to operate machinery and pick up new skills quickly.
- Strong Work Ethic: You are a reliable, hard worker who takes pride in doing a good job.
