We’re building a seasonal labor pool to support for our outdoor harvesting. This role is perfect if your looking for short, paid work sessions in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Workers may be invited back for up to three 2–3 week work cycles during the summer and fall, depending on availability and operational needs.

September - October

What You’ll Do

1. Assist with field and grow operations during peak periods.
2. Help with plant maintenance, and harvest support.
3. Work as part of an energetic, team-oriented crew.
4. Learn firsthand about modern agricultural operations.

Location: Grow West - Cumberland
Schedule: Temporary, 2–3 week paid work sessions

1. Ideal Candidates
   • College students or seasonal workers seeking short-term employment
   • Comfortable working outdoors in a physical role
   • Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
   • Must be 21+ and able to obtain required badging (we allow time to prepare)
