Survey Project Managers — Field Crew Supervisor & CAD Supervisor (Kissimmee, FL)

A 100+ year Florida land surveying firm is hiring two Project Managers to lead our field and office operations. If you've run survey crews or driven CAD production and you're ready to own outcomes — not just tasks — read on.

We're hiring for two roles:

1. Project Manager / Field Crew Supervisor Own field operations end to end.

• Schedule and sequence crews; keep projects on budget and on schedule.
• Direct and supervise field crews; enforce field QA before data leaves the site.
• Manage GPS/GNSS, total stations, and data collectors — calibration, accountability, uptime.
• Coordinate with clients, office, and CAD on scope and field conditions.
• Requires: 5+ years field surveying, party chief experience, crew supervision, Florida field experience.

2. Project Manager / CAD Supervisor Own CAD production from field data to final deliverable.

• Produce and oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA, and plat drawings.
• Supervise the drafting team; enforce standards and QA every deliverable before signing/sealing.
• Manage project workflow and budgets; coordinate with field crews and the licensed surveyor.
• Requires: 5+ years survey/civil CAD with AutoCAD Civil 3D, drafting-team supervision, Florida survey record and platting knowledge.

Both roles offer:

• On-site, full-time, at-will in Kissimmee, FL.
• Reports directly to the President.
• Starting at $33/hour + performance-based merit and profit-sharing.

• Years of land surveying field experience, and whether you've served as party chief.
• The largest field operation you've directed — crew count, project types, weekly volume.
• How you QA field data before it leaves the site.

If applying for CAD Supervisor:

• Years of survey/civil CAD experience and your AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency.
• Your drafting volume — drawing types, projects per month, and any team size you've supervised.
• Your QA process before a deliverable goes to the licensed surveyor for signing/sealing.
