Property Manager

The Property Manager oversees all aspects of property operations, focusing on tenant relations, lease administration, and budget management. Working with a medium-sized team of 6-15 members and reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this role emphasizes efficient vendor coordination, rent collection, and property inspections to maintain high standards and tenant satisfaction. The position is primarily office-based, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations and address tenant concerns promptly
• Administer lease agreements and ensure compliance with terms
• Develop and oversee property budgets
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs
• Collect rent and handle related financial processes
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality
• Resolve conflicts between tenants or with vendors effectively
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in property management
• Proficiency with property management software
• Strong tenant relations and communication skills
• Experience with facility maintenance oversight
• Skilled in budget management and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of contract negotiation and regulatory compliance
• Excellent organizational abilities
