We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and results-driven Project Manager to join our growing team. In this position, you will oversee financial budgets, coordinate contractors, and manage the construction process. You will serve as the primary liaison between our manufacturing team, engineering team, general contractors, and field crews.
Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and tracking of precast
wall projects from pre-construction to job completion.
Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, track costs, process billings, and maximize profitability while minimizing risk.
Coordination & Submittals: Review and coordinate shop drawings, project submittals, and RFIs to ensure they meet project specifications.
Plant-to-Field Logistics: Collaborate directly with production team to ensure precast walls are manufactured, cured, stored, and transported to the site safely and on schedule.
Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and field superintendents. Lead regular progress and coordination meetings.
Quality & Safety: Ensure all precast erection activities comply with OSHA standards and our strict internal quality control guidelines, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Construction Project Manager Requirements and Qualifications
Three years of experience as a Project Manager in Concrete preferred with knowledge of footer layouts.
Proficiency in reading architectural and structural blueprints, shop drawings, and contract documents, along with the ability to follow strict budgets.
Strong working knowledge of scheduling and project management software in addition to the knowledge of local and state building code regulations.
Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
