We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead large commercial and mission critical construction projects throughout Virginia.
What You Will Do
• Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, procurement, and project execution
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and commissioning activities
• Partner with owners, contractors, and field leadership
What We Are Looking For
• Mechanical Construction PM experience
• HVAC, piping, plumbing, or MEP project experience
• Commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, mission critical, or data center experience
