Who We’re Looking For
Florida-licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) agents
Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
Comfortable using technology and following proven systems

What You’ll Do
Work motivated leads from our massive database with buyers and sellers from, Realtor.com, Google, and Facebook
Meet with clients, show homes, and guide them through transactions
Negotiate contracts
Use our CRM and ai tools to stay organized and efficient
Take advantage of our office space to work and meet clients
Participate in team meetings, training, coaching and ongoing development
Represent our team’s brand and reputation with professionalism
What You Can Earn
Competitive commission split (including leads, marketing, office space, and admin support)
Typical full-time agents on our team earn $50,000–$100,000+ annually, based on effort and performance
