The Asphalt Luteman plays a crucial role in the preparation and application of asphalt surfaces. The Asphalt Luteman is responsible for spreading, leveling, and smoothing hot asphalt on driveways, roadways and parking lots.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for asphalt installation
- Handle materials efficiently and safely
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow site safety protocols
- Perform cleanup and site maintenance after project completion
- Collaborate with contractor crew members to complete tasks
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in construction or asphalt paving
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of asphalt application processes
