Service Technician

Outdoor Living Pool & Spa is seeking a dependable, motivated Pool & Spa Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing residential swimming pools and spas throughout the Omaha metro area. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly pool and spa maintenance, including water testing and chemical balancing
• Clean pools, empty baskets, vacuum, brush, and inspect equipment
• Diagnose and repair pool and spa equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and plumbing
• Open and close pools seasonally
• Install replacement equipment and perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding service recommendations
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean company vehicle and work area

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route
• Pool or spa service experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate
• Basic plumbing, electrical, or HVAC experience is a plus

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends during the busy season
• Typical workweek of 40–50 hours
