Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
Provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
Take and document vital signs as assigned
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Complete regular rounds and respond promptly to resident needs
Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Perform additional duties as assigned to support quality resident care
Current Colorado CNA certification (or certification from a compact state, if applicable)
Graduate of an accredited CNA training program
Dependable with reliable transportation
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passion for providing outstanding care to seniors in a long-term care setting
