BMF Group is hiring workers for industrial maintenance, roofing, and shutdown/turnaround support inside chemical plants and industrial facilities.

This role is ideal for candidates experienced in maintenance, repairs, and plant turnaround work.

• Roofers & Roofing Foremen

• Maintenance Technicians

• Demolition Crew Members

• General Laborers (shutdown support)

• Roof replacements, repairs, and coatings

• Metal roofing, TPO/EPDM systems

• Facility maintenance and structural repairs

• Concrete repair and general maintenance

• Emergency response work

• Shutdown and turnaround support

• Industrial or roofing experience preferred

• Comfortable working in active plant environments

• Ability to follow strict safety protocols

• Willingness to work shutdown schedules (long hours if needed)

• $20 – $35 / hour

• Weekly pay via direct deposit

• Overtime and project-based work available
