Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals in accordance with established dietary plans and protocols
Maintain accurate records of food service, including menu planning, meal delivery, and special requests
Assist with kitchen sanitation, cleaning, and organization to ensure a safe and clean environment
Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and coordinate meal services, including special events and functions
Demonstrate a commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in all aspects of food service
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
