Employee Benefits Producer / VP, Employee Benefits

We're seeking a proven Employee Benefits Producer with an established book of business to lead our benefits practice in-office, driving new business through cold outreach, referrals, and your Center of Influence (COI) network — with a focus on middle-market accounts (75–2,500 lives).

Key Responsibilities
- Drive benefits sales, focusing on the middle-market group segment (75–2,500 lives)
- Serve as the office lead for employee benefits
- Assist in recruit and attract local sales talent
- Foster high energy, accountability, and a strong sales culture in-office
- Build a book of business and pipeline through the full sales cycle
- Strengthen technical knowledge across the sales team
- Partner closely with other producers and agency leadership
Qualifications
- Active Life & Health (L&H) license
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proven middle-market account experience
- Existing book of business preferred
