Dental Assistant/Sterilization Technician – Cameron Dental Studio | Naples, Florida

We're a privately owned, family-run dental studio with nearly 25 years of history in Naples — not a corporate chain, not a DSO. Our team is tight-knit, our patients are loyal, and our facility is fully digital with technology most practices don't have (CBCT, intraoral scanner, and more). We're looking for a skilled, warm dental assistant who wants to be part of something that actually feels like a career, not just a job.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, — no late evenings, no weekends.

Compensation: based on experience, plus 401K after a period of employment with us.

What you'll do:

• Assist chairside during a full range of general and cosmetic procedures
• Take and process digital X-rays and intraoral scans
• Four-handed dentistry with a dentist who values efficiency and teamwork
• Sterilization, room turnover, and maintaining a smooth clinical flow
• Help patients feel at ease — especially the anxious ones
