Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Immediate Hire

Vertus HealthCare is actively hiring experienced CNAs for home health assignments. We have immediate openings for morning, night, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance

• Support skilled nursing services under supervision

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition

• Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Active Florida CNA license

• 1+ year of CNA experience

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & insurance

• Current CPR certification

• AHCA Level II Background Screening

• Physical & TB test (within 6 months)

• Required CEUs (Medication Assistance, OSHA, HIV/AIDS, Infection Control, etc.)
