Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Develop individualized plans of care based on thorough clinical assessments
  • Deliver skilled manual therapy and soft tissue treatment techniques
  • Design and progress therapeutic exercise programs
  • Educate patients on recovery strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for Texas licensure).
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong orthopedic assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
  • Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful functional improvement.
  • Interest in manual therapy and movement-based rehabilitation.
  • Experience with soft tissue techniques such as myofascial release, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, Active Release Techniques (ART), or similar approaches is highly valued.
