Position Overview

We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who is passionate about supporting neurodivergent children through affirming, relationship-centered care. The ideal candidate is collaborative, open to learning, adaptable, and excited to work closely with speech therapists and fellow OTs to support holistic development and participation in daily life.

This role is a great fit for someone who values connection over compliance, embraces child-led therapy approaches, and enjoys being part of a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized occupational therapy services for pediatric clients in a child-led, strengths-based framework
  • Collaborate regularly with speech therapists and occupational therapists to support integrated care
  • Build strong, respectful partnerships with families and caregivers
  • Create engaging, flexible therapy sessions that honor each child’s interests, sensory profile, and communication style
  • Participate in team meetings, case collaboration, and ongoing professional development
  • Complete documentation in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a willingness to learn and grow within neurodiversity-affirming practices

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates with strong alignment to our values are encouraged to apply
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Flexible, creative, and eager to learn
