Schedule: Full-time; 5 Days a week; Weekend availability required

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $22.00, Lease-Up Experience Required

Incentives: Commissions on new leases

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality at a lease up community
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional, positive, and adaptable attitude
  • Lease Up experience a must, property management experience a plus—Yardi experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person!
  • Weekend availability required
  • Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed for vacation or absence coverage

Banner Property Management is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to help bring our brand-new, 400-unit luxury apartment community in Apollo Beach, FL to life. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in creating an exceptional resident experience while helping build a vibrant community from the ground up.

If you thrive on building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and creating memorable first impressions, this is the role for you. As the welcoming face of the community, you'll lead engaging property tours, connect with prospective residents, guide them through every step of the leasing journey, and help transform prospects into happy residents. You'll also contribute to exciting lease-up marketing initiatives, resident events, lease renewals, rent collection, and the daily operations that make a new community successful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lease-up experience required — comfortable driving traffic, converting leads, and hitting aggressive leasing goals during a property's initial fill or stabilization period
  • Engage with prospective residents through tours, follow-ups, and personalized communication
  • Assist with leasing paperwork, renewals, and rent collection
  • Contribute to marketing and social media initiatives, as well as community events
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property features, availability, and local market trends
  • Provide exceptional customer service that strengthens resident satisfaction and retention
