Overview
PUT YOUR CAREER IN GEAR, and Drive with purpose in your new role as a Transportation Aide. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker who enjoys transporting residents as well as working on the floor.
Responsibilities
- Transport residents to appointments, community events, and others as needed
- Confirm doctors’ appointments for residents
- Notify family of arrangements regarding appointments
- Monitor daily documentation and filing
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistants Certification preferred, or willingness to complete a state-approved CNA program and become a Nursing Assistant (CNA) within six (6) months of hire.
- Current/active CPR certification
- Valid State Driver’s License with no more than 3 entries; counting accidents, moving violation, and failures to appear
- Customer Service oriented, able to work well under pressure
