We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to lead and grow a new outpatient clinic in Brenham, TX. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role at the early stages of clinic development, working closely with a supportive owner who is deeply invested in building a strong presence in the local community.

The clinic operates on a one-on-one patient care model, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality outcomes while also playing a key role in shaping the clinic's culture, referral relationships, and long-term success.

Position Overview

The owner is on-site and highly supportive, handling scheduling and billing during the startup phase so you can focus on patient care, leadership, and outreach. His background in construction and personal experience with physical therapy bring a practical, patient-centered perspective to clinic operations. The new Clinic Director that he has partnered with allowed the office to open officially in July, and already they have a full caseload and need more hands!

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to $90,000 annually, based on experience
  • Health Insurance Stipend: Up to $300 per month
  • Retirement Plan: 401(k) with 50% employer match up to 4%
  • Continuing Education: Unlimited CEU opportunities
  • Paid Time Off: Two (2) weeks PTO and Eight (8) paid holidays
  • Full-time salary guaranteed during clinic ramp-up phase

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Flexible scheduling options: Four (4) 10-hour days, or Five (5) 8-hour days

Patient Population & Clinical Focus

  • Adults to geriatric population
  • One-on-one patient care model
  • Initial 60-minute treatment sessions, transitioning to 40–60 minute intervals as the clinic grows
  • EMR System: Prompt

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
  • Clear and active Texas Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
