General Requirements

1. Must continually be able to lift and handle heavy loads up to 70 lbs.

• Must have good eyesight(correctable to 20/20).
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
• Current Driver's License and clean driving record
• Reliabletransportation

Target Responsibilities:

• Buildwholegoodunits to keep a fully stocked display area inside and outside of store.
• Maintain a fully stocked backstock area.
• Keep storage lot organized and free of trash and debris.
• Loading andunloading ofdelivery trucks.
• Stack and organize crates, schedule pickup of stacked crates.
• Start and wash all assembled mowers weekly.
• Perform makereadyand install accessories for sold units.
• Property maintenance, mowing, weed eating andpick-uptrashand debris.
• Perform tire changes, bladesharpeningand chain sharpening.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness andmonitorownwork to ensure quality.
• Observe all safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials properly.
• Treatmanagement and other employeeswith respect and contribute to building a positive teamatmosphere.
• Work with integrity,always upholding company values.
• Performrelated responsibilities asrequiredor directed.
• Hold yourself accountable for your actions.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

• Print daily build list and replace units sold the previous day with new stock.
• Perform makeready and install accessories for sold units.
• Load and unload customer equipment as needed.
• Sharpen blades and fix tires as needed byservicedepartment.

Weekly Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet withSalesManager/ Store Managerto discuss the upcoming week and any changes in priority.
• Inspect, clean,andmaintainall equipment used.
• Reportto theSales Manager/ StoreManageranyhazards orfaulty equipment.
• Discussany areas for improvement or changes in the processes with theSales Manager/ StoreManager.
