Litigation Associate
Direct Counsel is partnering with a nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firm to identify a mid-level Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Litigation Business Unit in Southern California. Candidates must have 3+ years of litigation practice experience and an active California Bar license.
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
- Experience working with e-discovery software
- Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $165,000 – $185,000 annually (DOE).
Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
