We are currently seeking a dedicated per diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a pediatric private duty case in Wanaque, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who enjoys building strong relationships with families and providing high-quality care in a supportive home environment.
Schedule- Saturday Overnight
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (8-hour shift)
- $40.00 per hour
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the client's home
- Monitor the client's health, safety, and overall well-being
- Administer care according to the physician's plan of care
- Accurately document nursing services provided
- Collaborate with the family and clinical team to deliver exceptional care
- Active New Jersey LPN license
- Preferred: At least 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care
- Current BLS certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical completed within the past 12 months
- Current PPD or QuantiFERON within the past 12 months (or chest X-ray within the past 5 years)
- Proof of MMR immunization within the past 10 years
- Proof of influenza vaccination or approved medical exemption
