About the Role:
As a Restorative Aide, you will work closely with our rehabilitation team to develop and implement personalized care plans that focus on restoring function, preventing decline, and promoting independence. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing supportive care with transfers, ambulation, and mobility exercises
• Assisting with mealtime, including feeding and hydration
• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
• Documenting resident interactions and care provided
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to resident care planning
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
0 years of experience preferred
Ability to work a full-time schedule with flexibility
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance
