About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist with River City, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their full potential. Physical Therapist will be responsible for:
Conducting physical therapy assessments, evaluations, and treatments for our residents
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to achieve specific goals and outcomes
Providing education and training to residents, family members, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and activities
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans
Collaborating with other interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance our care services
