Compensation:

$60,000 - $70,000


Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do (and Why It Matters)

As a key part of our clinical team, you’ll work side-by-side with dentists, hygienists, and fellow assistants to create smooth, efficient, and comfortable patient experiences.

  • Assist during a variety of general dental procedures, helping ensure appointments run seamlessly
  • Capture digital X-rays with precision and care, always prioritizing patient safety
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms using top-tier sterilization and infection control protocols
  • Support four-handed dentistry to enhance teamwork and efficiency
  • Use Eaglesoft to keep patient records accurate and organized
  • Jump in where needed—whether that’s greeting patients, helping with scheduling, or supporting front desk flow
  • Work with advanced technology like 3D scanners and modern imaging equipment
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment

Qualifications:

What You Bring to the Team

We’re looking for someone who’s not only skilled but also a great team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture.

  • Active Massachusetts Dental Assistant License
  • Experience with dental software systems (Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and patient care practices
  • Confidence in taking X-rays and using modern dental technology
  • A solid understanding of infection control and sterilization standards
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Flexibility and a willingness to support both clinical and administrative tasks
