Finance Midlevel Associate

Direct Counsel is assisting a leading law firm in hiring a highly qualified midlevel associate to join their market-leading finance practice in the Los Angeles office. The associate will focus on asset-based lending, with additional work in areas such as tech lending (recurring revenue financings), acquisition financings, and venture lending.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of transactional finance experience

• Strong academic credentials and excellent organizational, writing, and analytical skills

• Must be a member of the California Bar

• Experience with asset-based lending and/or other finance work (tech lending, acquisition financings, etc.) is highly preferred

Compensation:

• Salary range: $225,000 to $365,000

• Final salary will be determined during the interview process, based on experience, expertise, and other factors
